Lauryl Glucoside. BergaSoft LG 50 by Berg & Schmidt acts as a surfactant and foaming agent. It is ethoxylate-, sulfate- and preservative-free. It is based on renewable raw materials and is readily biodegradable. It boosts foam quality and provides mildness and transparency to formulations. It is easy to thicken and offers excellent foam properties. It is compatible with a wide range of other surfactants, thickeners and even cationic conditioning polymers. It is gentle to the skin and hair.
BergaSoft LG 50 is cold-processable and suitable for clear formulations. It is used in facial cleansers, skin friendly rinse-off formulations, mild and clear shower gels, high viscosity body cleansers, high foaming shampoos, micellar waters, shaving or cleansing foams. It conforms to ECOCERT and COSMOS standards. It has the shelf life of 2 years.
