Lauryl PEG-8 Dimethicone. Silube® J208-812 by Siltech is water-insoluble alkyl functional silicone polyether surfactant designed to emulsify water into organic oils. The balance of alkyl groups and polyethers on the same silicone backbone makes it an excellent water-in-oil emulsifier. It provides excellent lubricity and release properties in any water-based application.
Silube® J208-812 is used in personal care. It has a shelf life of 36 months from the date of manufacture.
