Lauryl Glucoside. PLANTAREN® 1200 N UP by BASF is a readily biodegradable, mild, non-ionic surfactant. It is obtained from natural, renewable and plant-derived feedstocks. It is also used as a co-surfactant in shampoos, shower gels, and bubble bath formulas.
This ingredient possesses viscosity build-up enhancing and foam volume increasing properties. It enhances the deposition of cationic polymers and improve conditioning effect. It shows compatibility with all other classes of surfactants including cationic ingredients. PLANTAREN® 1200 N UP is used in body & face wash, liquid hand soap, sensitive skin care formulations and wipes. The shelf life of this ingredient is 2 years.|
