Polyglyceryl-4-Caprate. TEGOSOFT® PC 41 MB by Evonik is an emollient and emulsifier in self emulsifying oil formulations with elevated water level. It is non-irritant and PEG-free refatting agent & surfactant. It provides very good solubilizing properties. TEGOSOFT® PC 41 MB is used in body washes, liquid soaps, bath oils & wet wipes.
