Sodium Stearoyl Glutamate and Sodium Cocoyl Glutamate (100%). Amisoft® GS-11P by Ajinomoto is an anionic surfactant and emulsifier. It acts as a moisturizing agent for sulfate-free product applications. It forms excellent cream and paste-type surfactant systems.
It is a very mild, highly biodegradable, weakly acidic and hypoallergenic grade, derived from L-glutamic acid and natural fatty acids. It is a gentle cleanser for hair, without leaving a dry and coarse feel. Offers excellent cleansing and foaming properties. Amisoft® GS-11P in shampoos, soap bars, facial cleansing foams and liquid cleansers.
